haha55 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for promotional offers. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your VIP tier and payment method.
Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account within seconds to minutes. However, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. haha55 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. You must not use haha55 for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activities. We reserve the right to investigate the source of deposits and request supporting documentation. Accounts suspected of illegal funding sources will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to authorities.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made by someone other than the Account holder) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed, the Account suspended, and potential forfeiture of funds.
You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance once your identity has been verified through our KYC process. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name matching your verified identity documents. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
haha55 strives to process most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during business hours (WIB timezone). VIP members receive priority processing with expedited timeframes. However, processing times may be longer during off-peak hours, weekends, holidays, or due to additional verification requirements. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and processing time.
haha55 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees (typically Rp 2,500 - Rp 6,500 for Indonesian bank transfers). These third-party fees are beyond our control.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager (turnover) your deposited funds at least one time before withdrawal. You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from haha55 at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time, subject to withdrawal of any remaining balance after fulfilling wagering requirements and verification procedures.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. We reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before any dormant account fees are assessed.
